True dat on gas prices!! I drive 80+ miles a day, luckily mostly highway, but hurts the pocket filling up constantly. Wouldn't worry about your mileage tho, I just hit 120k, and every year I do something to it I keep getting better gas mileage. Hitting 18-19 mpg, which is better then the 14-15 mpg I used to get before minor mods I've done. Still need a tune bad!!!!!

As for your ride, it looks good bro, clean white with black accents. Get rid of some of that chrome up front, will be straight. I don't think it's played out tho, blacked out rides are more played out. They look great, but everyone with a black vehicle, at least around here, seems to be blacked out, but still looks good don't get me wrong. Think people are more played out with black rims, which again, everyone seems to be doing. But only so many options for rim color/finish ya know. I started to hate chrome, and never wanted chrome rims again.

But man, these billet aluminum Intro's, fn love them!!! . I polished em up alittle, not done yet, but so much deeper then chrome. Almost got me liking my chrome bumpers and not getting the SS front bumper. haha, ALMOST. But like everyone on here who can't afford to get ride done all at once, sh$t changes and wallet dwindles. I actually just took running boards off today cause my neighbor is finally gonna paint them for me. Tahoe looks weird without them now. But like you, always doing something. Life of a modder!!! Not everyone is gonna like ur style. I just say, DO YOU!!

13 mpg!! DAMN!! I would be getting tired of my ride too. I have no clue really how I get that high of mileage:shrug:. I only have CAI, E-Fans, and headers (JBA shorties at that). I don't even have a tune yet. No exhaust system, no motor work, no real engine mods done. I am a stickler for cleaning my MAF, TB, oil, plugs, all the tune up stuff constently.

When I redid my brake system, i.e. Synthetic fluid, SS brake line, drilled/slotted rotors, changed from ceramic to better semi metallic pads, and completely cleaned and greased my pistons and calipers. Man did that help. It seemed like I gained atleast 1 mpg from doing that. I think my brakes were sticking or something, since doing all that, it's just smoother.

IDK tho, I keep her tuned up good. I really need a tune tho, hopefully get 1+ mpg from that. I do 75-80% highway driving 25-20% city. But even in summer with A/C and mostly city, worst I get is 15 mpg.

Couldn't imagine what your gonna be at in summer with A/C on
