I have a 97 Tahoe and looks like most of the gas station in my area (NC) are now using E-10 fuel and they may be moving up to E-15. Are there any bad effects of this with my truck? I know my mileage will fall of a bit but will it hurt the fuel system?
Thanks,
Andy

The pumps around here say they contain 10-15% E depending on the time of year ...

We've been running it here in Wisconsin sine the early 90's if I remember correctly. You shouldn't see a change in how your truck runs. The fuel is more corrosive, so it will eat away at any rubber parts (o-ring seals, etc) a little quicker.
