Scam? anyone recognize this tahoe?

he just re posted the ad, I called him from a different number and he answered. I asked him why he stood me up and he said he had to go to El Paso that afternoon and he forgot. Now keep in mind I spoke to him 30 minutes before I got there and he said "see you there" It is not as if El Paso is right around the corner...

Needless to say he got a cussing. I have never been so angry on the phone before... I would have much rather had that one over the one I bought but I guess that is the way it goes...
