im new to the line out converters. never had a use for them as ive always ran aftermarket decks, and ran my own rca's to my amps. im wanting to install subs in my tahoe but retain my factory deck. ill be splicing into the wires to the factory sub in the center console.

i know i need a 2 channel loc as im only installing 1 amp to power some subs.

school me on the locs here. do i want adjustable? do they make loc's specific for subs? or by me splicing into the factory sub will i already have "sub signal" without any hi's or mid's in that signal, and all lows to my new install subs? is there a type of loc i should stay away from? is there a really good brand or type of a loc that i should look into? any information would be appreciated.
