Just wanted to give these guys a glaring review. I bought a bluefusion for my yukon and was having trouble with the sound. I contacted them, they sent me a new unit, still didn't work. So i contacted them again they said well lets try a new harness and sent me one out yesterday. They have gone above and beyond to help me out without so much as a question. I think i recall there being a rep on the boards but i can't remember. I would definitely do business with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a Scosche autostart/alarm in my old car. It was identical to the Compustar for about half the price. Exact same unit, different brand name. Worked 100% of the time. I don't think they even do autostarts anymore, but I agree....nothing but positive things to say about them.

It's nice to hear positive things about them, but (even though I still use their products) I think they're quality is junk. IMO, that's why they have to provide staellar customer service (to make up for the cheap quality parts).

Not trying to thread-jack, or discredit what you are saying. It's just my opinion. ;)

No I could totally see that. I bought this product at the same time as another user on the boards (riso79) and his was faulty as well. I think he took other measures to get it fixed himself but you kind of like to have things just work like they are suppose to. With that said there are plenty of other companies that make crap products and have crap customer service to match so i guess i was expecting the same and pleasantly surprised.

There aren't enough positive reviews on the internet for companies and products, seems like people only review when they are displeased so i thought i would try to buck the trend.

I was scrolling through the threads and saw my name. I'm going to throw my 2 cents in. Scosche makes IMO the most quality car kits and wiring harnesses. This was my first experience with their electronic products Justin & I both bought our units from the same buyer on eBay. Go figure, they both didn't have sound on the right side of the vehicle. I truely think the seller bought a bad batch somewhere and was pawning them off on eBay for 40-120 less than other people on ebay and 200 bucks of what you pay at best buy. You get what you pay for. I had issues, have a buddy that works at Best Buy, swapped my unit out and have never had a problem since. Actually a decent product, their customer service has been great maybe others have had bad experiences but I used them about 8 years ago on regular basis as an installer for a chain stereo shop and highly of Scosche.
For the $100-300 range of a bluetooth its a good product, you get what you pay for. I had a unit installed in my S 60R and it cost $750 & it runs circles around the Scoshe unit but was also $650 more than what I paid for the Volvo unit.

Well, that's definitely good to hear! Hopefully my experiences have been isolated. Besides, it's not like you have much of a choice these days anyway.
