Poor techs. It sounds like the dealerships are inundated with warranty work and not making the usual money from gravy jobs.

* Call on speaker phone with wife. Get name of employee, make Appt for service.

* Drop off vehicle the day of. Be prepared for “we have no Appt for you”. With the wife there and name of employee in hand and / or a recording of the conversation, push back and ask if they’ve “ever heard of employee ABC” on the potential recording you made.
