It will happen with any vehicle. Liquid is incompressible and if you pour too much at once the engine won't be able to deal with it and you are gonna have a bad day.

I seafoamed mine for the first time on Monday and now I think I hear a slight tick at idle. It's very low and never noticed it before, could it have done something to my engine?

I put my finger over the opening on the can pour it into the vacuum line slowly. The vacuum is so strong you just have to get close when pouring and it will suck it in. Once I've poured about 1/3 of the can in I shut the engine off and wait about 10-15 minutes before starting it back up.

I am curious to see what people say, this happend to my blazer and my friends c5 vette. All we did was half a can in the vac line with car at idle. Did NOT pour fast. Turned off, then smoked it out. Ran great, but noticable ticking noise there after.

Did this to my 03 when I did it several months ago. I also developed piston slap after it. These issues seem to be pretty common. With that being said I don't think I will be using it again.

I have this handy little tool that you put under the intake boot at the TB. you can either attach a small hose to it or you can use the red spray stick you get with most cans of cleaner. You camp it in place, start the engine and start pouring or spraying. It cleans the entire intake system.
