Seat belt minder disable

Hello all,

I am the new owner of a 2012 yukon xl denali, it is my first GM since my 77 firebird... Lol...

I know the software sequences to disable the seatbelt "ding" on chrysler and ford vehicles, but i dont know what the sequence is for gm...


Can anybody help me and tell me what is the procedure for disabling the seatbelt "ding" for the driver and passenger seats...

I know i can plug something in it....but isnt there a software disable,,,,?????

Such as ignition on, plug unplug several times, ignition off..."????

From what I understand the black box as the detectives call it control this function.
