Seat belt & retractor

Does anyone have instructions on how to change the front driver side seat belt and retractor GM part number 19181024 on a 2007 GMC Yukon?

I would like to know too, since I need to remove one end on my passenger side belt that has a 180 degree flip that will not go away by flipping the buckle . It's like someone had the seat out or belt and turned it around. After several attempts flipping the buckle, when the upper section of the belt is not twisted, then the lower lap section is twisted.
