Long story short the front seat heaters in my 03 Yukon SLT won't stay on. They stay on for a minute or so, not long enough to heat the seats anyways, and shut off. It started randomly a week or so ago and its in both driver and passenger seats and doesn't matter if its the seat/back heater or just the back heat. Any ideas?

yes elements worn, Way too much resistance somewhere. It shuts down so you dont get burned or the circuit fries

Both seats run off the same module and when one has a problem it turns everything off. If you can run one side without trouble, that side is fine. Whichever side shuts off will need heater elements. They are replaceable separate from the seat cover or cushion. Many dealers will keep them in stock.
