Anyone had experience in this? I've got some really nice cloth seats I want to put in my truck from one of my old yukons, but they're burgundy and I want them black. I've never done anything with recovering before, is it hard? My current seats are tan vinyl and old worn and torn.

not hard at all. hog rings, hog ring pliers, and side cutters for the old rings. once you take it apart, youll know how to get it back together.

We do have a group buy (special pricing) on brand new leather seat covers if your interested shoot me a PM..

sew up your own vinyl?? Ive been doing upholstery for 2 years now and i highly doubt you could do it, no offense. but its pretty hard unless you want it to be wrinkly as hell.

No cloth. I have the front and rear seats from my old '92 I was going to use, the vinyl in my truck is wrecked.
