Hi I'm new here I have an 03 Tahoe z71 and have a ? Every once in awhile after I turn off my truck my radio stays on and the truck won't turn back on nor the radio turn off the only way fix this is to unplug the battery for about 20 sec and reconnect it the truck on starts I have a viper alarm on I don't if it is the alarm doing this
