A couple of reasons. I prefer the quieter ride (less intake noise) in the Denali, and for some reason the throttle feels more sluggish/less responsive with it.

Interesting. I'd heard they are a bit louder but not about the responsiveness.

I noticed my throttle response being much better when I installed my airaid MIT
