I've been cleaning my engine and noticed that my serpentine belt has a bunch of small cracks on it. It has also been causing a high pitched squealing noise that is very annoying. I have a ProCharger Supercharger setup on my car right now. I'm having trouble finding the right belt size. I also need any advice/instructions on how I should replace the belt. Any advice would help! Thanks guys.

i dont know about the sc set up, but as far as a Regular setup its just taking a socket on the tensioner pulley and rotate clockwise. That will Take tension off the belt and you can slide it off. Might have to remove the intake tube for better clearance

Thanks for the info. It seems pretty simple, I'll have to look at it when I can get in a garage and out of the rain. I want to do it on my own because I feel like any mechanic will charge a lot for my car because they see the supercharger

my belt broke a couple weeks ago on the freeway, it was making that noise for about a month, the belt burnt a pulley.... dont kno about the supercharger but i would go to autozone and match the belt you have before it breaks to get the correct size... its easy to replace

What do you mean by the "belt burnt a pulley?" Did you have to replace a pulley as well? I'm going to post some pics of my setup to help. Thank you
