So ive had a mess of problems..

starter randomly went out..replaced it yesterday, all is well..10 minutes later, the service 4x4 comes on and it shifts from 2wd to 4x4 and is now stuck in 4...also my 1,2 positions on the blower went out as the same time..

any ideas? i tried a new push button switch and it didnt help...

when you turn the key, the lights flash on the controls, then nothing..i have no idea where to go from here..all plugs are tight, fuses, relays are all good..

You probably have but have you checked the connection at the battery? Corrosion or just loose? New or old battery? Grounds in the engine compartment corrosion free and tight? Start at the basics on the truck!

You said you changed out the starter and then all this stuff happened after the install, right? Check everything you did for the starter first especially the wiring for it and make sure it's tight and in the right place!!
