No trailer brake lights

Hi, I have an 04 Tahoe Lt. It has aftermarket led light all the way around. My issue is that I have no brake lights on my trailer. It has trailer turn signals and running lights. All lights work as should on the tahoe. I've tried the brake switch and the junction block at the rear passenger side. All fuses are good as well.

Suspect a possible bad ground between trailer and truck frame; use jumper cables to supplement the ground connection to see if that will help carry the current.

The trailer brakes go through the turn signal flasher; I'm not sure if the truck LEDs would affect that or not. Start at the top center of the diagram here:

I did that as well. With no luck. I'm going to try the turn signal relay as that is the only other thing I changed when I did the lights
