light has fixed itself

Scanned it after the light had turned itself off (ofcourse) and the only code was misfire cycilder 7. I cleared it and am just going to wait. Im not convinced that was a recent code because the check engine was never flashing. Flashing being for misfire and solid (wich it was) for emissions related

did you end up getting a decent scanner? innova makes some decent scanner for a reasonable price. they have a full screen that will tell you what the code actually is not just the code. some even have live data and abs functionality they are worth a look.
