UPDATE:
Drove the truck for a couple days now, no issues to report of. Everything is back to normal. I did order a Tech 2 which will be hear tomorrow just to scan all the modules for codes, but so far all is good.
Id suggest everyone to take a peak at their, I mean its free and could save some future headache. My mothers Suburban's harness was nowhere close to rubbing, so go figure. My father has an 05 GMC Sierra and he has a bracket that holds that harness up and off the problem area.
