Can anyone look at these photos and tell me where the trailer brake relay is to swap it out?

Can anyone look at these photos and tell me where the trailer brake relay is to swap it out?

It is where the plug is with the red and blue wire on either end. Should have a screw on either end holding it in place. Remove, unplug, plug in the new one, screw in place, and then do something fun... that's it.

To help me out, where is this area?
It's not clear to me from the photo.

the location is under the axel just past where the spare tire goes.

I tried and I can remove one screw but the others are some weird torx socket.

I've looked under the spare tire and nothing. I followed the wires from the trailer plug and nothing. Is it against the frame? because ive been searching for the relay module.
