Hey guys, I'm in the market for a 07-14 Escalade or Denali. I found a 2008 Denali w 89K for $25K. Clean and tight as could be with a clean car fax. Plus it's at the lower end of my budget which is awesome.

Biggest question I have about an 08 is why it's 23 hp less? Is it just a tuning issue or is it head or intake changes? Is the motor set up that different that I should be looking at a 09+? Any thoughts about the above vehicle would be great also any guidance as far as what years to look for an stay away from, pricing etc. would help me a great deal. I've been looking for a while so I'm not an obsessed buyer with the above 08 just seems like a spot on deal for its immaculate condition. I'm taking my time as I'm looking for 5-7 strong years out of my purchase.

Thanks, Bob

Where are you located? I have a 2010 Escalade Platinum with 76K, new brakes/rotors front and rear. Black Bear tuned, AirRaid Jr. with brand new K&N, HID fogs, excellent condition! Make reasonable offer and its yours!

I love my 08. It's the Pistons they used for the hp. A tune will wake that baby up and you won't think about hp ever again.

I just bought an 07 denali loaded with 60k for 25,000. If you find one you like buy it as the vehicles don't stay on the lot for long. There were 3 other people lined up to buy the one I got if my bank didn't come through.

2009 Tahoe LTZ 6.2

I am looking at a new Denali and may sell my 2009 Tahoe LTZ. 4WD, L9H 6.2L.

This vehicle has 41,000 original miles, new tires & wheels (factory) and is Champagne Silver with Cocoa interior. When I bought it I took it to the local chevy dealer and they did the Certified Used Card service on it, which is looking at everything from front to rear. This vehicle needs nothing. Fly down to Texas and drive home. Just did oil & filter, lube & rotate service yesterday.

The only thing it does not have is the rear entertainment system. Other than that it is loaded.

In 2009 they only made around 600 of these with the 6.2L L9H, which does not have the AFM. I searched a year to find this vehicle and while i love it, it is time to thin the herd.

I am also going to sell a 2114 Tahoe LS, 2WD, Texas Package with 23,000 miles on it.

So if you you have any interest, please email me: [email protected]

Thanks,

Thanks everyone, I picked up an certified 11 Denali last Thursday and couldn't be happier. I'm not sure how to delete this thread or I would have, can only edit it.

It's under another thread...new to me 11 Denali. I think you saw it tho, it's the storm grey one. You've been giving me feedback about exhaust and such. Having trouble doing pics at the moment, they are coming in sideways.
