What type? Cheap or AGM or flooded or ???

Northstar, Bosch and Oddesy make good AGM batteries.

odyssey pc1500dt is pretty highly recommended but there are a couple other brands out there as well. 4wheel parts has about the best price on it.
has dual top so you can hook up other stuff pretty easy if desired. 3yr warranty.
it is what sears used to sell rebadged as there top battery now they went with a different manufacture.

interstate MT7 H6 730CCA/915CA. I had the rebadged Odyssey from Sears and it developed an internal problem so the side post lost most of the CCA. seems to have been a common problem. replaced with this Interstate AGM. has a 48month warranty with top and side post..

Since 2006 I've been really impressed with our AC Delco batteries. Down here in the south batteries typically didn't last more than two years no matter the brand. My 2006s original battery lasted 6 years if memory serves and the replacements from Walmart and Interstate did not even make it two years each since.

The 2009s current battery is an AC Delco 48PS - 88865244 - it says free replacement within 30 months. Came with the truck and the 30 months would be up in July 2019. So far so good. It's the lowest rated in the Professional Series.

The original battery was a 6 year - 19001810

Not saying these are the best, just what we've been runnin' and doin' well with.

Interstate Battery from COSTCO. 770 CCA. Almost $100 cheaper than any other "parts" store in my area.

Right now I have a Duralast Gold. Had it for about 3 years. Right now the battery is at half charged when tested. Thanks everyone for your help.
