Short under dash

So my 2019 tahoe has couple wires coming out of wiring under dash on driver side door. Looks like there are couple loose wires sticking out. Does anyone have wiring diagram? My car has issue where it accts like there is no power to dash radio ignition. So no power no start. Then I get error message on screen that there is blinker issues left and right turn after the powers comes back on. I guess there some short

probably best to post some photos of what you are looking at you say dash but also drivers door
if there are bare wires just sticking out then some one has been in it or worked on it, etc
what is the history? i.e. bought it used? original owner? who worked on it last?

Well since is ppv car has few loose wires from it police days. I am trying to find diagram like car alarm install 12 volt had only 2014 chevy tahoe .
The wirese are going to odb reader ignition
