Should I hold out?

Hey yall,

Im new here and Im really interested in getting a Yukon Denali (09-12). I was wondering should I hold out for the 2014 redesign or just go head and get one before Labor Day?

From the trend I have noticed in the last few years the redesign will affect the price tag and if you are asking because you want used I doubt it will negatively affect the price of a used that much.

Well I wanted to get the Yukon XL Denali, because I like the styling and I need to space to transport large items that I cannot do in a car.

IMO I'd start looking now and if you find one that you like in the price range you want then go for it. They won't go down in price noticeably just due to the new body style being out so there'd be very little to be gained by waiting unless you're looking to save up more cash for your down payment.

At this point I would wait it out.
In a year or less we will be aware of the redesign for the GMT 900 platform, and will know exactly what the new Tahoe, Yukon, and Escalade will look like since they go on sale around next summer.

BTW, the redesign will be a full size platform like the previous generations. No Lambda crossover bs. Also all those online drawings are all bs.
Hopefully I will scoop one when it does come out!
