is there a way to fix a vibrating side mirror on 2007 tahoe? meaning the glass is vibrating in the housing.

help me out guys
need to pull the mirror off and see what's actually vibrating. Are the 4 tabs on the mirror that hold it to the motor broken? Are the 4 screws that hold the motor to the housing loose?
