Hey I think after the most recent update / recall service they did at my dealer my side mirrors no longer go back to the original position after I use the reverse tilt function. Tried adjusting and then doing both mirrors to tilt when reversing now both of them don’t go back to the regular position once I’m in Drive. Anyone else ?

OK, I am reading some other posts about this and I’ve tried a few things now. Maybe I did hit the memory set button while the mirrors were in their reverse tilt mode. I’ve tried to readjust. But my thought was it seems kind of intermittent in the past sometimes they would revert, and sometimes they would not. Again, I only noticed this recently after the last recall/service update that was performed by the dealer, so I thought maybe it was related.

I am having the same issue with my ‘23 RST Tahoe driver side mirror. I took it in for service and they can’t duplicate the issue. I continue having to adjust mirror up to move it back to original (drive) position. I tested this by aligning the top of my mirror view to the top of my fence (a smidge of sky showing). Put in reverse. Then put back in drive. The mirror returns to slightly below the top of my fence with no sky visible. I don’t know how else to test/record/prove this is occurring. Vehicle had less than 24,000 miles.

My 2023 started this (let’s say 75% of the time) and not after any update or service being performed. Upon my recent oil change, dealer said they could not reproduce but they performed a s/w update. Over the last 3 weeks it has occurred less frequently ( let’s say 10% of the time).

Still annoying.

I have 18 months and 12k miles before warranty expires.

I’ll keep reporting it and demonstrate it on my next dealer visit

Any other input or resolution from anyone?

Thanks
