Side molding replacement

It is for a 2007 Yukon SLT. I need the side moldings to be replaced. They have faded pretty bad and just look plain ugly. Does anyone know where to buy these already painted?

Regular. I know you can but its my moms car and my dad basically just said he doesn't wanna deal with it and would rather buy it. If I lived with them I'd just paint it but I am just visiting and trying to do the good son deeds before I leave haha

Are they the ltz style with the chrome?

I saw them on ebay but they are available in chrome finish.
