 @ bondo it on!!! Not sure why that'd even be considered as a fix for a cracked hatch anyway :happy175:

Why wouldn't it? Good as new, I wouldn't even paint over the bondo.

Cant its plastic. Well maybe plastic weld but its just cheaper to get the piece again. Its like a faceplate thing that goes ln the hatch maybe bondo would work in the summer but it would crumble with weather changes so i just need to get another one. I went to the jy and the oy one i found was warped to hell... Gotta love the ford quality

Something i give gm tho is that they try to help the consumer n not screw it over like ford. Ford says you fix it its our fault but hey screw you...

One of my unusually unreliable sources told me General Motors is now hard at work trying to remedy the visual mismatch between the squared off wheel well flares and the tires. General Motors released a picture showing their Version One prototype tire just a few minutes ago.

Hey, nobody said they're a bunch of geniuses. Looks like another of those committee type of decisions to me. :Big Laugh:

It's like a 10 year old explorer how long do you expect them to cover it?

Theres a law suit and its been going on since they were new. Ford just doesnt want to fix them as a recall. And its a 05 but 02-05 had the problem

If that wasn't a ford that might actually be funny. Sell Tahoe and whatever else you have that is GM and go buy something else  I am beginning to think you are so far upside down on your Tahoe that you can't afford to get rid of it so you just ***** about it to make yourself feel better.

Sorry 8 years old. You had a 3 year warranty and it is up so why should they pay for it? Why should they find a fix for a body style that they do not even make anymore? They did find a fix it was a new body style and you can either buy one or deal with what you have.

Recalls are largely for safety issues and that is not one

U dont get recalls do you. I had a sun fire years back and it was way out of warrenty and they fixed it for free because its good for their company. Back to ford even the new fords have problems. The trans shift solenoids are a common problem just like on the 02-05 and the alternators go on them.... Theres no reason for ford to just be a profit hog and not care for their name and reputation and also i dont get intk debt bro i pay cash so unlike what you might do i like to live a debt free life

I ment that for derek but the trans shift solenoid was a saftey thing and i still had to pay for it...

You obviously do not get recalls, they only do it if their is a safety issue not because people cry do to them having to fix a body panel on an old vehicle. Sell it and the problem is solved. I am so proud of you for not being in debt but I do buy what I can afford due to me having a job :mwah1:

Oh ya and the shift solenoid went out on my 96 Lumina a few years back I guess I should have made GM pay for it...
