Sig pic size

I was attempting to modify my signature pic and it went from the small sig pic to a huge pic that is only showing like one tire and part of the grill.
Is there an option to reduce the pic size?
I have tried tried an old pic that I used in the past and now it's huge, any thought as to what I might have done?
