signature pic ....BOUT TO LOSE MY MIND

ok, so I tried updating my signature so its more current well the problem im having is it wont allow my actual picture to be anywhere near a good size i dont want it large , and i know the 600x200 limit it wont accept anything even at 13kb and 240x180????? anybody else have this problem im going through photobucket if that helps it keeps telling me the picture is too large

It just takes some trial and error in PS but it works.
