Silver lake dune registration

Hello All,
I will be heading out to silver lake on the 31st and am wondering what kinds of registrations I will need? I know that I need the whip but am confused on the rest.

Keep in mind if your going on the weekend they have a new voucher system for vehicles that are not dune ready to keep entrance lines flowing.
