So do these come out straight back or to the side behind the passenger rear wheel at an angle or straight out the side? Let me know if this makes sense. Does this fit the 5.3L?

It comes out the side. The pipe is at an angle but it is a slashed tip so it looks like it comes straight out.

Couldn't stand the noise any longer huh?

I don't have headers. I took it off because I put a Corsa Touring exhaust on.

Anybody on here with it on? What do you say HOE-N-IT, was it loud or just a little louder than stock?

It isn't loud. Just a little louder than stock.
