SLT Power Seat Motor

Power seat motor sounds like it is trying to work but the seat will not go lower. Can you replace / repair that or does it require the whole seat assembly?

Anyone have a link on how to repair or to someplace that would have the parts for less than the %400 the dealer wants?

My seat will not go back down as well. It doesn't make any noise not will not go back down. Curious for an answer as well
