Im thinking of just getting a 2 inch block and be done with it since I noticed the other day that the rear looked to be sagging a bit.

Sorri freak that didn't help much. How about a decent place to order it from and a price. Lol.

I have a 1.5" block in the back...and cranked 1.5 - 1.75" in the front to level it out. (looks great in person)

My 285's fit nicely but when the front is compressed, it doesn't take much for the tire to hit the fender...I can turn the wheel lock to lock w/o it rubbing...but with a 5" BS, it will hit the fender fairly regularly when I offroad this thing.

those 305's won't fit properly with a 2" lift...what is the backspace on the rim?

If you buy the blocks (only get steel), they should come with the ubolts - total cost will be like $65.

Personally, I would get a lift for the truck if you want to run 305's. Cranking to fit those big wheels is going to be dangerous and eventually your CV's will fail.

Extreme A/T are really nice tires and cost a ton for 305's...I would definitely look into the proper lift and stay away from cranking your t-bars. Also, with tires that heavy, you will be wearing out your front end faster than stock tires, so definitely stay on top of maintenance.

Hmm. That's weird. They measure to be the same as a 285 70 17. And there only 2 inches taller than my stock tires now. Maybe its cuz there worn. But look to fit no problem. And I just posted what wheels I will be running. THere stock 2008 or so z71 Chevy truck wheels. There 17x7.5 I believe.
And stock so fitment shouldn't be a problem.

I just need the measurement of stock ubolts so I can order a set and get the tires mounted and put on.

They look a lil wider but there not a 70 or 75 series tire. There a shorter 65 series.

Ryan - my bad, I gave you bad advice....i looked at it too quickly and thought i saw a 75.

Based on that engine your tire is just a tick smaller then what I'm running so you should be ok. You will hit your fender on full compression, but if you keep it mostly highway, you will rarely notice it.
