Can you see your brake lights in the daylight?, now that's blacked out!
You can, but they are not quite as bright. But was told they are legal, and I did ask….I’d like to find a 3rd upper taillight that goes all the way across if someone made them….

Those look pretty nice, especially how you can still actually see the reverse light portion. Like it could have come from the factory like that. Along with my strong dislike of the looks of super dark black ones they just seem like a great way to get pulled over for no other reason. I usually have nothing to hide but I don't like talking to the man unless I initiate contact.

I'd be very surprised if those of you with super dark tails were to be rear ended if you didn't end up with a citation or be found to be at least partly at fault.
