While browsing CL I found of set of 245/75/16 Blizzaks which I can probably get for a steal! What do you think? I have nearly new Revo AT2's which never let me down but if the Blizzaks are better I am really curious as to what I can do with them on my truck.......any suggestions?

I was on the web and found a link with some old tire rack videos where they test snow tires, they show how much better they stop and how much more traction off the line the snow tires have. If NYC wouldnt clear the streets so god dam fast it would be a no brainer but for the most part there never covered for more then 12 hours once it stops snowing. The only reason I am interested is after last year when we got that 26" one shot deal after x-mas and my block didnt see a plow for 3 days!

I am really curious as how to how much better then can possibly be over the Revo 2's??

Blizzaks are the best winter tire out there. The way the tread is designed is act like a suction cup to the ice...Every customer that comes in for a winter tire...its blizzak or nothing else. Firestone Winterforce and Michelin Alpina SUCK!

unknown at this time.
that size is stock size for obs 4*4 . sidewall 7.2in, radius 15.2, Diameter 30.5, RPM per mi. 661.9.

I sure you will be fine with not doing something crazy just try to drive like using regular tire and being cautious and you can't go wrong.
