The shifting is very smooth. :D It used to buck a little bit going into gear, and that is noticeably better now. My mechanic (who I trust very much though he's a Toyota/Honda specialist!) says he only runs the flush at 10psi which is about 1/3 of what the factory pump runs at - he said this kicks up almost no sludge but allows a full flush. To be fair I have to say that I have records of a flush 50k miles ago as well, so this was not the first. I am lucky the old fluid was nice and red and did not smell burned!

I had mine flushed a couple months ago.... All's good.
(I believe my tranny fluid was fairly clean already, and I trust my mechanic)
