ya that's a good rate I had mine at 4%, if they ever come at you with a opportunity to make it lower be careful and question it highly, mine was higher and they offered me 4% and a supposed 10k or somewhere around there in cash and ya well I got the 4% and I think they guy doing the re-fi bent me over and kept whatever he got out of the deal.
