Info for 2007-2014 GMC Yukon/Chevy Tahoe

I wanted to share this post in case it helps others, as I couldn't find clear information on YouTube or forums about an easy way to connect an Android 13 radio head unit while keeping rear flip-down screens functional. Here's what worked for me:

I used a USB-to-CVBS adapter and a male-to-male RCA adapter, as shown in the attached photos. I connected the stereo's video output to the male-to-male adapter, then attached it to the CVBS video adapter. On the other side of the adapter, I plugged in the auxiliary video input, and everything started working seamlessly.

One important step: You need to access the factory settings and enable the "AV Video Out" option, which is off by default.

To enter factory settings, you'll need a password. For the Android 13 unit from Awesafe, the password I used was "000000"—there are plenty of YouTube videos showing how to do this.

Let me know if you need further clarifi
cation!
