Some encouragement and direction please!

Hey guys...i am in the process of Removing my intake to replace knock sensors and harness. I've never done this and at the point where I need to remove the injector plugs and not the ones in the videos ive watched. Mine are different and look like the attached pic. Can someone tell what to do? I pulled up on the plastic gray clip and it came off...but now what? Don't want to break anything.

id think the grey clip is a safety clip to secure the plug on. there should be another push in part behind where the clip was.
