Sonar tail lights

I don't know if anyone can use these or not but before I toss them I thought I would see if someone wanted them. One of them two rows of lights are out on the running lights. The other side they all seem to be working except one row is dimming. I don't know if these are fixable or not but thought I'd give someone the opportunity to take them if they could use them. Pay shipping and they are yours. If this doesn't get any hits this week ill assume they are paper weights and in the garbage they go.
