whats roughly the sq ft ill need? and if any of you spray foamed your pillars or anything, how many cans did you use? Any tips on the roof? mine vibrates really bad

All depends if you are going to do single layer or double. And what all you are going to cover. Just the floor or from top to bottom and everything in between?

I did mine from bquiet no spray cans used
