2002 Denali and it sounds like the windows open on the driver side door. The window is not open but that's what it sounds like. I'm actually having a hard time tracing exactly where the noise is coming from but it seems close the inside side view mirror cover. Only happens on the highway when going 75+ or when it's really windy out. The rubber around the door looks fine so I'm kinda at a loss here. Any ideas what to Che k?

It probably is the weather seal around the door opening. It can leak in when you have a good crosswind - usually down the A Pillar. You can do one of two things: get a new weather seal, OR remove the seal from that area, grab a 2x4, put it up against the pinch weld area lenthwise, and give the pinchweld a good whack outwards. Not a ton, maybe 1-2mm. Put the seal back on and you should be good to go.

My guess is that your door hinges are sagging and are in need of new door pins/bushings! That's where I am with mine and I have the same noise

Door is sagging for sure, you nailed it! I checked the weather stripping and it looks good. Sucks that I live in a condo development with no access to a garage or I would fix so much that's wrong with the truck. Drives great but she looks so beat up. $1000 worth of work and I probably wouldn't even drive my 2016
