any way to replace it on a 96 Tahoe?
The cable that let's the spare down is frayed and I believe got all caught up in the mechanism-now it won't even go all the way down-I just keep turning the bolt that lets the spare tire carrier down-goes down maybe 6 inches and wont go down anymore.
