Some a-hole stole mine off my 08 Tahoe. Is there any place online that will sell a painted one (white diamond)? What's the going rate?

I am looking for one for my 07 Black Tahoe.

I know that they are less than $20, shipped from the GM Parts websites, but they come unpainted.
