My longtube headers on my 02 XL make a real close call with the rear 2 ignition cables on the drivers side and the wires eventually heat up and slowly break apart. I bought the heat shield material from carquest but the heat still goes through. Any other suggestions as to where to buy a permanent fix or homemade fix?
