There's a so many decent ways to get music outside the car but a bunch of cheap marine speakers isn't it. Get a wetsounds bar and tuck it behind the grille, in the front bumper, or behind/ under the rear bumper. Even tower speakers in the back or hidden under it would be better.

You're into this for 1600 bucks right now for just the speakers and amp. It's a ton of work, looks like crap, ton of wiring, and probably won't sound as good as a 600-800 dollar soundbar.

Why stop at 16? Hell do 30 or 40 if you think you're cool enough.

16 is 4 speakers per channel, and the most I can fit and keep all of them hidden.

Honestly when I went to world finals in Alabama two years ago. When bassboxing would come up everyone would walk away from the lanes because the speakers on the outside of people trucks/cars were too annoying. Stupid to make bassboxing cars have speakers on the outside.

You were there in 2015? That was when I won my Belt.

Speakers that are under the truck and hidden above the bottom body line (specifically so you cant see them) looks like crap? How can you see something before its even finished? I need to know your secret!

You're stuffing 16 half foot speakers under a truck. Even in high quality waterproof enclosures, if someone did look under there it would look like a wall in the audio section of a best buy.

That's why I have the outside speakers on their own amp, so I can have an on/off switch on its remote line and a pac lc1 on its rca's so I can manually adjust the volume as needed and dont blast them at full volume every time they are on.

I dont do anything half ass with my truck, 4 are going in the front bumper firing downwards and 12 are going where the spare tire goes also firing downwards, when its finished I do think it will look way better than you are expecting it to look.
