So I picked up my new-to-me 2010 Tahoe a few days ago and am still running through all the new goodies. I hooked up to Owner Center today to check on warranty statuses and saw 11273 listed. Never heard of it, couldn't find details on it anywhere in my manuals, so I called and got the gist then Googled it. I see it relates to the TBS and a DIC Reduced Engine Power message and a rough idle.

Well, one thing I have noticed in the truck is it has a mildly rough idle. I've been in vehicles with a nasty idle, so this one is very minuscule and no one seems to notice it. Its subtle and intermittent, but its there. I planned on going to the GM dealership to get them to check out the truck since I bought it from a Subaru dealer, so I guess I will mention this "rough" idle and the coverage, and see if the work was ever done.

Anyone have this experience and able to elaborate on the rough idle they had?

Thanks!

I have a "choppy idle" its nothing as bad as I've read others have had. But, its there.
It's only noticeable idling.

Please post an update, especially if they find the reason for the rough idle. As I have not found a qualified tech to resolve it around me.

Check your camshaft positioning sensor. Mine had a rough idle in gear at a stop. Once it was replaced it idled much smoother.

Was going to take it in tomorrow but that got pushed back. Anyway, my idle is barely noticeable. If the music is on with bass up, it won't be noticed. But when in park and no music, its there.

I tried but it was a real pita on my 6.2l the 5.3 I here are very easy to replace. The sensor is pretty cheap as well. I picked mine up at autozone for less than $40.
