2004 Tahoe. I've been dealing with this issues for 3 years. I've replaced throttle body with tps, Accelerator Pedal and apps, TAC Module, ECU, alternator, battery, added grounds, TPS connector, apps connector, and this has not resolved the REP issue. Recently my front blower stopped working. It was a faulty resistor, burned out at the ground connection. When I removed the faulty blower motor resistor the Reduced Engine Power fault disappeared. Just what the heck does the blower resistor have to do with the Engine Control?
