Speed Scene Tahoe bumper question?

I was wondering and this may be dumb but uh does the ss bumper completely replace the original bumper? like bolt on replacement?
because i saw a picture and it looks like it goes over the factory bumper...

I lost the page but I questioned it being a swap because it doesnt have the section of the bumper between the headlights in the picture!

Lol nobody noticed that Speed Scene does not exist?
It's a Street Scene bumper.

if you go to ss website (street Scene) look up bumper and they give you install instructions do some cutting on your old bumper and snap this one over it and reinstall. for some reason in pics on here they look good in person they look like a cheap add on ds tape blah blah blah look like cheap cover
