When larger or smaller than stock tires are installed, the speedometer reads incorrectly. What solutions are there other than a full feature handheld tuner or the limited feature Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator to adjust for the new tire size?

Think the dealer can adjust it using the Tech 2 tuner. It might cost some $ but don't have to buy a tuner. Look for a tuner on Craigslist for cheap. The Diablo tuner works on almost all cars with loading of the right software so it's easy to sell

You should consider a Black Bear tune. Not only can they adjust the speedo but they will also optimize performance. Way better than those hand held tuners.
